Process

1. Raw Material Sourcing

Only top-tier raw materials pass inspection and are stored.

2. Coconut husk processing

Extract fiber from raw coconut husks using specialized coir beater equipment, leaving cocopeat as a byproduct

3. Washing

Thoroughly washed to reduce salt content, eliminate debris, and meet global EC and pH standards.

4. Sifting and Sieving

The sieved coir pith removes excess fiber and extracts correct-sized grains. Then, a de-stoning machine reduces sand content to the minimum level.

5. Compressing

Sieved and de-stoned coir pith enters hydraulic compression devices, compacting dried ingredients into 650 gm briquettes or 5 kg blocks.

6. Packing and Palletizing

Compressed blocks are packed according to customer specs and carefully placed on clean wooden pallets for hygiene upkeep.

7. Logistics & Shipping

The full containers then travel directly from our facilities to our growers throughout the world via land and sea. 40-ft HC container with a maximum floor load of 26 Mtons or 24 Mtons when palletized
